About this coloring page
Lanterns hang from every branch of this treetop village, more than you'll count on a first pass. Three houses share the canopy, a shingled tower in the center with a snug hut on either side. Rope bridges sag gently between them, and a staircase corkscrews up the trunk past two arched doors. Keep looking and the scene keeps paying out. Spotted mushrooms the size of umbrellas, a hanging chair with a cat asleep in it, acorns in the leaf litter, bellflowers threading the lower border.
Warm lantern yellow against deep forest green is hard to beat here. Work top to bottom so your hand never drags across finished foliage. And keep the printer at 100 percent, because the smallest windows are truly tiny.
