Color one character at a time. Warm wood tones suit Noah's ark, while Moses' tablets can stay pale gray with darker edges. Esther's crown and scepter are natural places for gold or yellow, and a rich robe color helps her stand apart from the three men. Browns and tawny yellows work for Daniel's lion. Because the figures overlap, changing robe colors at each shared edge keeps arms and sleeves readable. The arch can remain uncolored until the people and their symbols are complete.
