About this coloring page
Even the bats look friendly here, all three of them flapping around a curly-stemmed jack-o'-lantern wearing a big toothy grin. Stars fill the leftover sky in assorted sizes, which gives early finishers plenty of small wins. The face is carved into the pumpkin's middle section, so the classic move is bright orange all around with the eyes and grin left glowing yellow. A deep purple or midnight blue background makes that glow really land. It's an easy page overall, sized for the preschool-through-second-grade crowd, and not the least bit scary once the bats get pink wings.
