About this coloring page
Spring showed up all at once here. Three tulips and two star-shaped daffodils stand tall across the garden, with a pair of round daisies tucked in lower, and behind them roll two grassy hills under a spiky sun and a couple of puffy clouds. Grass tufts poke up wherever there's room.
Because the flowers sit in a front row, this makes a lovely first landscape page, roughly kindergarten and up. Every bloom can be a different color and the scene still hangs together, which is rare and worth taking advantage of. Yellow centers with white petals keep the daisies classic. And the hills look best in two different greens, light in front, deeper behind. Tape finished copies in a window and the room gets a head start on the season.
