About this coloring page
Smoke curls from the chimney in fat spirals, and the mood is set. A log cabin sits beneath the mountain peaks, and a tall pine towers over the foreground. Between them a winding stream, or maybe a stone path, depending on who you ask, snakes toward the bottom edge. Look closer and the neighbors appear. A deer stands at the left with full antlers, and a bear cub peeks from the bushes below. Near the cabin door, a fox has settled in.
Easily the most detailed page in this batch, best saved for older kids or a quiet adult evening. The log grooves alone could take a while, and the shingled roof is equally dense, so sharp pencils or fine-tip markers are the right tools. Deep greens and warm browns, with cool gray for the peaks. It can be colored in the browser, but paper suits it better.
