About this coloring page
Round and round the whole design spins, wind currents curling into spirals as they carry four veined leaves along for the ride, with one small cloud tucked at the top edge like it started all this. A few tiny flecks tumble in the stream too.
Autumn colors are the natural fit here, rusty orange and deep red on the big leaves, ochre on the small ones, with the wind bands left white or washed in pale gray so the leaves stay the stars. Those spiral channels run narrow, and fine-tip markers will beat crayons inside them. Tracing each current first helps younger kids see where one band ends and the next begins. Mildly challenging, in a pleasant, meditative sort of way.
