About this coloring page
Two escape artists share one basket, four paws hooked over the blanket's edge and both faces lit up. The fluffy kitten on the left has a shaggy ruff, while her tabby sibling on the right wears forehead stripes. A small butterfly with a smiley face wanders past the rope-twist handle, and a fat five-petal flower anchors each bottom corner.
Now for honesty about the basket. That weave is dozens of little rectangles, and it will absorb a patient half hour with the thinnest marker in the box, so younger colorers may want to sweep it one solid tan and skip the checkering entirely. Both approaches are fine. Try making the two kittens visibly different, maybe a gray longhair beside an orange tabby, so the siblings read as siblings. Blanket color is the wildcard, and pale mint looks great against almost any cat.
