About this coloring page
Four yarn balls sit stacked in a woven basket, and one loose strand has already escaped, looping across the floor toward a fluffy kitten who looks awfully pleased with herself. She hasn't tangled anything. Yet. The floating hearts suggest she's in love with the whole arrangement.
Give each yarn ball its own color, since the stripes are wide enough for markers to handle without bleeding. The basket weave is the fiddly part, so save it for a fine tip. And the kitten's chest fluff plus that big smooth body make an easy warm-up region for younger kids. Jewel tones make yarn look expensive.
