About this coloring page
Water barely moves in this scene. A handful of lily pads and three small blooms float on a pond that stretches across the whole lower page, ripple rings spreading between them, cattails standing guard at both edges. That big open stretch of water is the main event, honestly. Watercolor pencils or the flat side of a light blue crayon will cover it fast and still let the ripples show. Give the pads two different greens so they read as separate, and keep the blooms pale pink with warm yellow middles. It's a page for winding down, not racing through, which makes it a solid pick for quiet time after school.
